Mezi hlavn\u00ed aktu\u00e1ln\u011b diskutovan\u00e9 v\u00fdzvy pat\u0159\u00ed rychl\u00fd p\u0159echod na elektromobilitu, tvrd\u00e1 konkurence ze strany \u010c\u00edny a Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f, a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm nal\u00e9hav\u00e1 pot\u0159eba zv\u00fd\u0161it odolnost dodavatelsk\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Friendshoring, koncept na vzestupu<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jedn\u00edm z inovativn\u00edch koncept\u016f, o n\u011bm\u017e se podrobn\u011b diskutovalo, byl <strong>&#8222;Friendshoring&#8220;<\/strong>. Zaj\u00edmav\u00e1 alternativa k tradi\u010dn\u00edmu offshoringu, kdy evropsk\u00e9 automobilov\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti usiluj\u00ed o u\u017e\u0161\u00ed partnerstv\u00ed se sv\u00fdmi geograficky bl\u00edzk\u00fdmi prot\u011bj\u0161ky. C\u00edlem tohoto p\u0159\u00edstupu je pos\u00edlit odolnost dodavatelsk\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce t\u00edm, \u017ee se sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed z\u00e1vislost na vzd\u00e1len\u00fdch dodavatel\u00edch. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 \u0159e\u0161\u00ed i ot\u00e1zku \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed zkr\u00e1cen\u00edm vzd\u00e1lenost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se uraz\u00ed p\u0159i p\u0159eprav\u011b sou\u010d\u00e1stek. Zem\u011b, kter\u00e9 z\u00a0tohoto trendu budou do\u00a0budoucna t\u011b\u017eit jsou zejm\u00e9na <strong>Turecko, Tunisko a Maroko<\/strong>, stejn\u011b jako st\u0159edn\u00ed Evropa s <strong>\u010ceskou republikou, Slovenskem, Ma\u010farskem a Polskem<\/strong>. Zde v\u0161ude <a href=\"https:\/\/www.airtimecritical.com\/cs\/o-nas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">spole\u010dnost ATC\u00ae tak\u00e9 p\u016fsob\u00ed<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Dominance \u010c\u00edny v elektromobilit\u011b<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rostouc\u00ed <strong>dominance \u010c\u00edny<\/strong> se uk\u00e1zala jako nevyhnuteln\u00fd probl\u00e9m. V\u00fdrazn\u00fd n\u00e1skok ve v\u00fdrob\u011b bateri\u00ed a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f nut\u00ed evropsk\u00fd automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl \u010delit asymetrick\u00e9 konkurenci. \u010c\u00edna nem\u00e1 stejn\u00e9 n\u00e1klady ani nemus\u00ed dodr\u017eovat stejn\u00e9 standardy. Zd\u016frazn\u011bna byla tak\u00e9 geopolitick\u00e1 nejistota, kter\u00e1 podtrhuje z\u00e1sadn\u00ed v\u00fdznam celkov\u00e9 odolnosti dodavatelsk\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Budov\u00e1n\u00ed odolnosti: agilita, komunikace a krizov\u00e9 t\u00fdmy<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Z\u00a0poznatk\u016f o zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed odolnosti pr\u016fmyslu jednozna\u010dn\u011b vyplynulo n\u011bkolik bod\u016f:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pot\u0159eba rozv\u00edjet <strong>agilitu na v\u0161ech \u00farovn\u00edch<\/strong>: ve v\u00fdrob\u011b pomoc\u00ed simula\u010dn\u00edch n\u00e1stroj\u016f k p\u0159edv\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdkyv\u016f ve v\u00fdrob\u011b a nedostatku z\u00e1sob (\u201edigital twin\u201c), ale tak\u00e9 ve f\u00e1zi n\u00e1vrhu a v\u00fdvoje v\u00fdrobku, a to p\u0159\u00edpravou pohotovostn\u00edch pl\u00e1n\u016f (pl\u00e1n B a C) je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed zah\u00e1jen\u00edm v\u00fdroby.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agilita se mus\u00ed roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it i na <strong>\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed dodavatelsk\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce<\/strong>, a to nap\u0159\u00edklad propojen\u00edm n\u011bkolika v\u00fdrobn\u00edch z\u00e1vod\u016f. Tento p\u0159\u00edstup umo\u017e\u0148uje sd\u00edlet dostupn\u00e9 z\u00e1soby mezi z\u00e1vody v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed se z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00edm. Na konferenci to bylo ilustrov\u00e1no na p\u0159\u00edkladu spole\u010dnosti Siemens a jejich 40 propojen\u00fdch z\u00e1vodech.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">V neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b je nezbytn\u00e1 <strong>zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 komunikace<\/strong>: je t\u0159eba zav\u00e9st pos\u00edlenou intern\u00ed komunikaci s vytvo\u0159en\u00edm postup\u016f pro popis, kvalifikaci a vyhodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed krizov\u00fdch stav\u016f. Jasn\u00fd form\u00e1ln\u00ed eskala\u010dn\u00ed proces je nezbytn\u00fd, stejn\u011b jako vytvo\u0159en\u00ed krizov\u00fdch t\u00fdm\u016f na \u00farovni nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edho veden\u00ed. Je proto z\u00e1sadn\u00ed zkr\u00e1tit toto neproduktivn\u00ed obdob\u00ed na nezbytn\u011b nutnou dobu.
